2. What grant applications are included in EGMS
All grants for OSPI, Financial Education Public-Private Partnership (FEPP), Professional Educators Standards Board (PESB), and State Board of Education (SBE) are now in EGMS. Child Nutrition Services grants are not in EGMS, they are in WINS.
3. Who to contact if I have questions about EGMS?
- Reimbursements/Claims: michelle.sartain@k12.wa.us or sary.li@k12.wa.us
- Technical Support: EGMS.Support@k12.wa.us (Includes general help, access support, user maintenance, system errors, etc.)
- Specific Grants: OSPI contacts can be found in the overview tab of the grant application. OSPI contacts for the ESEA Consolidated Grant Application can also be found here: Consolidated Grant Application Contacts
- Office Hours: OSPI provides office hours on Tuesdays (10-11am) and Thursdays (1-2pm). You can find the meeting links on this webpage: EGMS Resources
If your organization already uses EGMS, reach out to your Organization Administrator. They will create a user account for you. If you do not know who your administrator is, please visit the EGMS log-in webpage (Applicant Login) and search under the Organizational Administrator tab.
If your organization does not exist in EGMS, visit the EGMS Login page, select REGISTER in the upper right-hand corner, and complete the registration steps. Please note that the person who registers the organization in EGMS will automatically be assigned the administrator role for the organization.
